FIATA Foundation Train the Trainer Program (TOT)

The FIATA Foundation which designates specialized training programs to train local trainers and advise them on how to develop a self-sustaining training program locally. EFFSAA, As of July 2010 has committed 3 successful TOT programs. Graduates of the train the trainer program receive a designated FIATA Trainer Certificates. Candidates of the TOT program move on to establish a program and achieve ABVT validation of their course offering local students the chance to obtain relevant competencies and a FIATA Diploma.

Requirement

  • BA degree and above with two years of experience in teaching.
