Ethiopian Freight Forwarders and Shipping Agents Association (EFFSAA) has organized the Young Logisticians Training Program (YLP) with the collaboration of GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zuammenarbeit GmbH). This is a fully funded program designed to give recent graduates the applied international freight-forwarding diploma/FIATA Diploma/ required to begin a career as a junior logistics professional. At the end of the training, EFFSAA will work very closely with the YLP graduates to introduce them to a host of opportunities with EFFSAA members and partners.

REQUIRMENT
- Age: 28 years old and below.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
- Education: Bachelor degree in a field related to Logistics and Supply Chain
Management, Procurement, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, and other related fields. - Year of graduation: 2017, 2018 and 2019.
- Cumulative GPA: 2.75 and above
- Language: Proficiency in Amharic and English is required, since the media of training will be in these languages.
NOTE
- There will be an entrance exam.
- Female applicants will be encouraged.
- Training will take place online and tutor classes.
- The scholarship program will only cover the tuition fee.
